Mexican green - wave veg pizza

Mexican green wave pizza is very delicious. Pizza loaded with crunchy onions, crisp capsicum and juicy tomatoes and jalapano with a liberal sprinkling adds an awesome taste to it..
Ingredients of Mexican Pizza
For pizza base:
1 cup flour ( all purpose flour)
3 tsp oil 
3/4 tsp salt 
Water 
1 cup hung curd
1/4 tbsp baking soda
For pizza topping:
2 onions - finely chopped 
3 Tbsp butter 
6 -7 jalapano
1 big capsicum red and green finely chopped
5 - 6 olives ( green)
1 big tomato finely chopped
Cheese as required
Salt - to taste 
For pizza sauce:
8-9 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tbsp schezwan chutney
1 tbsp chilli flakes 
1 tbsp pizza mix herbs

How to Make Mexican Green wave Pizza
For pizza base:
Mix the flours together, add 3 tsp of oil, salt ,bs and hung curd and make a soft dough .water if required.
Roll out thin rounds and  bake them on pan for 2 mins  . Bake both the sides of base.
Keep aside.
For pizza  sauce and topping:
Now to make pizza chutney, in a bowl add tomato sauce ,schewan chutney ,chilli flakes, pizza herbs and mix well. Pizza chutney is ready. Now spread pizza chutney on the base .Add grated cheese , chopped capsicum, onion, tomato , olives, jalapano. Add grated cheese and butter from the top . Spread chilli flakes , pizza mix herbs and dry garlic . Bake for 10 to  12 mins in preheated 400°F oven or until crust is golden and cheese is melted and if you don't have oven you can also bake in kadai.
For baking pizza in kadai first you need to put 1 cup salt in kadai and preheat for 5 mins. Then grease a steel plate with oil and put the pizza in it. Thereafter put a stand in kadai above the salt and keep the pizza plate . Cover the lid and keep the gas in medium flame. Bake for 25 mins also check in between, until the pizza base turns golden and the cheese melts properly.
Now take out of oven. Your Mexican wave pizza is ready .
Serve immediately.
