Gulab Jaamun from leftover rice......

None of us like waste especially when it in the kitchen. This easy trick will help you to reuse use of left over food in to a yummy delicious recipe...
Prepare  #gulabjamun# with leftover rice ...my innovation  ...
howzz it???? trust me it tastes so delicious ... plzz try at home n share ur experience  with me ....
Ingredients :
leftover rice 1 bowl
milk powder 1 cup
cardamom powder 1 tsp
sugar 3cups
water 5 cups
oil
Method:
Grind  rice n make a smooth  paste of it . Add milk powder, cardamom  powder n make a stiff dough.After kneading  add little  oil to make it smooth . Make small balls . Heat oil in a pan add two tsp of ghee in the oil heat it.. after that reduce  the flame n fry those balls that we hv prepared in minimum  flame ; when it will turn golden brown n will give a nice colour take it out .
On the other hand make sugar syrup . add 3 cups of sugar n 2 cups of water in a pan add 4 to 5 cardamom ... pour it in a pan n bring to boil .Make fine syrup , when u see its leaving a thread like consistency switch off the flame.. let it cool a bit..it should be lukewarm .
Now add those rice balls in the suger syrup n let it simmered ... ur gulab jamun is ready... serve n make ur family  happy ...
